The Barbara Carl Foundation stands for humanitarian values, for trust, solidarity and offers assistance to people who need our help. The non-profit organization FILM WITHOUT BORDERS can only realize an international film festival and educational projects for pupils and disadvantaged young people in the region around Bad Saarow throughout the year with the support of reliable sponsors and supporters.
