The WITHOUT BORDERS Festival 2025 will take place September 11th to September 14th.
You can submit long and short films (feature films, documentaries, animated films) until the end of May 2025. The content of the films must deal with the festival’s annually determined main theme. This year’s motto is EVERYTHING HUMAN!
This year, we want to reflect on the art of becoming human (Novalis). What does it mean to be human in today’s world? In a world shaped by different cultures, new and old conflicts and the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence, the question is becoming increasingly urgent: What defines us as humans?
You can submit the films including a short synopsis, stating the date of completion (not older than one year) short explanation, reference to the festival theme as well as a staff list as follows:
