The panelists were Daniel Gerlach, Middle East expert and editor-in-chief of zenith, and Jobst Knigge, director of the film. Together with Katrin Sandmann (TV producer) and Wolfgang Bergmann (ARTE director), they discussed the conditions and opportunities for sustainable peace - and the responsibility of the media, politics and society to actively shape this process.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The film and the subsequent discussion showed impressively that peace is not a state, but an ongoing process that requires courage, empathy and humanity.
