In Seifenhennersdorf in Sachsen muss die Schule gerettet werden, in Gro\u00dfmugl in \u00d6sterreich droht Lichtverschmutzung und in Leutkirch im Allg\u00e4u wird gegen das Land Grabbing gek\u00e4mpft. Eine B\u00e4uerin, ein Astronom, ein Gastronom und eine B\u00fcrgermeisterin sind zutiefst mit ihrer Heimat verbunden und m\u00f6chten diese retten. Und daf\u00fcr werden ungew\u00f6hnliche Wege gew\u00e4hlt. Kurzum: sie sind \u201eLandretter\u201c.<\/p>

Die unaufgeregte Dokumentation zeigt Menschen, die man als verr\u00fcckt oder waghalsig, vor allem aber als mutig beschreiben kann.<\/p>

Am Ende versteht der Zuschauer: der Wandel hat bereits begonnen. Er beginnt mit Menschen, die unerschrocken Ver\u00e4nderungen denken und dann umsetzen, die sich Autorit\u00e4ten widersetzen und unerm\u00fcdlich weitermachen.
