Der d\u00e4nische Dokumentarfilmer Lars Ostenfeld erz\u00e4hlt ihre Geschichte wahnsinnig spannend und mit spektakul\u00e4ren Bildern.<\/p><p>In INTO THE ICE folgt Ostenfeld drei der weltweit f\u00fchrenden Gletscherforscher*innen in das Eis Gr\u00f6nlands. Alle drei sind sich einig, dass der gr\u00f6nl\u00e4ndische Eisschild der Schl\u00fcssel zum Verst\u00e4ndnis ist f\u00fcr das Ausma\u00df und die Geschwindigkeit des Anstiegs des Meeresspiegels. Nur mit einem Seil gesichert, steigen sie in die Dunkelheit des Eises hinab, ohne zu wissen, was sie dort erwarten wird und suchen nach Antworten auf Fragen, die uns alle betreffen: Wie schnell schmilzt die gr\u00f6nl\u00e4ndische Eisdecke? Auf welche Zukunft steuern wir zu, wenn die Ozeane steigen?
