Dieser Tag markiert das Ende der Kindheit und den Anfang als junge Frau. K\u00fcnftig gelten f\u00fcr sie bestimmte Regeln wie f\u00fcr alle Frauen in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit. Die Mutter erkl\u00e4rt der Verk\u00e4uferin, dass Selena bunte Farben liebt, doch das wird abgelehnt. Kurz darauf sehen wir Selena in einem langen grauen Mantel und fast bodenlangem Schleier.<\/p><p>In neun Episoden erz\u00e4hlt IRDISCHE VERSE von der allgegenw\u00e4rtigen Bevormundung und B\u00fcrokratie und ihrer Kontrollmacht. Der Staat mischt sich bei der Namenswahl f\u00fcr Neugeborene, Modefragen und politischen Hundeentf\u00fchrungen ein. Es ist ein leise, aber beharrlich auftretender Zirkus, der jede noch so verwegene Logik mit staatsdienlichem Eifer verteidigt.<\/p><p>Das iranische Regie-Duo Alireza Khatami und Ali Asgari schildert mit scharfem Witz und sarkastischer Sch\u00e4rfe, wie neun Menschen unter der banalen Bosheit der Beamten leiden. Der Film ist ein aufw\u00fchlender, schwarzhumoriger Akt der Revolution, der durch seine formal\u00e4sthetische Radikalit\u00e4t besticht.<\/p><p>\u201eAli Asgari und Alireza Khatami montieren im Film
