Ihr Wunsch nach unbeschwerten Ferien\u00a0nimmt einen guten Anfang, bis sie nach einem\u00a0Sturm auf ein besch\u00e4digtes, hoffnungslos \u00fcberladendes\u00a0Fl\u00fcchtlingsboot st\u00f6\u00dft, das kurz vor dem\u00a0Sinken steht. Mehr als hundert Menschen drohen\u00a0zu ertrinken. Rike versucht, Hilfe zu organisieren\u00a0und fordert per Funk Unterst\u00fctzung an. Doch\u00a0niemand f\u00fchlt sich verantwortlich.
