Maren, Robert und Volker kennen sich seit ihrer Kindheit. Eher zuf\u00e4llig finden sie in einem alten Schacht Millionen von (fast) wertloser Ostmark, die dort eingelagert wurden, um zu verrotten. Den Dreien gelingt es, Rucks\u00e4cke voll Geld aus dem Schacht zu schmuggeln. Gemeinsam mit ihren Freunden und Nachbarn entwickeln sie ein ausgekl\u00fcgeltes System, um das inzwischen wertlose Geld in Waren zu tauschen und den anrauschenden Westlern und ihrem Kapitalismus ein Schnippchen zu schlagen.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr ihre sommerliche Kom\u00f6die konnte Natja Brunckhorst auf wahre Geschehnisse zur\u00fcckgreifen: Millionen von Mark der DDR wanderten zur W\u00e4hrungsunion in unterirdische Gew\u00f6lbe nahe Halberstadt. Sicher ist, dass aus diesem Stollen Geld entwendet wurde, allerdings wei\u00df bis heute niemand, um welche Summen es tats\u00e4chlich ging.<\/p><p>Aus dieser Vorlage entwickelte die Regisseurin ihre Geschichte: ein humorvolles Abenteuer in einer Zeit, in der alles m\u00f6glich schien. Dabei geht es um Geld und Gerechtigkeit \u2013 und um das, was wirklich z\u00e4hlt im Leben: Freundschaft und Familie.<\/p><p>Im Anschluss findet ein Filmgespr\u00e4ch mit Schauspieler Ronald Zehrfeld
