Following his successful debut film Black Dog, 27-year-old George Jaques writes and directs Sunny Dancer, a coming-of-age film of a special kind. Sunny Dancer Inspired by his mother's cancer diagnosis, it tells of the fears and social consequences of the disease, but also of moments of levity.

Following the film, the 2026 FILM OHNE GRENZEN Youth Jury invites everyone to a discussion together with workshop leaders and filmmakers Anna Faroqhi and Haim Peretz.
