The FILM OHNE GRENZEN Festival takes place annually at the idyllic Eibenhof – about 1 hour from Berlin. Eibenhof | Alte Eichen 33 | 15526 Bad Saarow

Please note: The festival grounds are a car-free zone (except for team cars and vehicles belonging to people with a severely disabled pass)! We have set up alternative parking options for you at the following locations:

Thälmann-Straße in cooperation with the DALLI on-call bus: The DALLI on-demand bus runs between the parking lot, the train station (also the stop for Cinema by Velotel, a 2-minute walk away), and the festival grounds. We can book this for you as needed. You can use it for free for one round trip upon presentation of a movie ticket.

How to get to Bad Saarow:

You can reach Eibenhof by train with the regional express towards Frankfurt Oder. In Fürstenwalde, change to the RB 35 regional train to Bad Saarow. From here, you can either

  • take bus line 431 towards Wendisch Rietz to the “Alte Eichen” bus stop. From there, it is a few meters’ walk to Eibenhof.
  • Or you can rent a bike from the local bike rental shop right at the train station (Fahrrad Scheffler, opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday* from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., daily rental fee: €12.50). The 4-kilometer route can be covered in about 15 minutes with a rental bike.
  • Alternatively, you can also use the DALLI service to the festival grounds. The stop is easy to find on the station forecourt.

Please allow extra time for your journey and look forward to a car-free festival site!

By car, you can reach Bad Saarow from Berlin via the A12 highway towards Frankfurt Oder. Take exit 3 /Storkow and follow the L23. In Storkow, turn left at the traffic lights at the Fürstenwalder/Reichenwalder Straße junction towards Bad Saarow. After about 7 km you will reach the village.

Coming by car from Frankfurt Oder, take the A12 highway in the direction of Berlin until exit 4/Fürstenwalde-West. After leaving the highway, follow the L35 towards Bad Saarow. You will pass the village of Petersdorf. Follow the signs and turn right into the Bad Saarow bypass road L412.
