Now, Ronald Zehrfeld is officially taking on the role of patron and ambassador for FILM OHNE GRENZEN. „I've been a huge fan of FILM OH_NE GRENZEN from the start – a program is put together here with heart and mind that is extremely demanding. The films confront us with content that really matters in life,“ says the actor. Ronald Zehrfeld has a very special connection to Bad Saarow: „As a child, I often spent my holidays in Bad Saarow, learned to ride a bike here and to swim in Lake Scharmützelsee.“ Regarding his motivation to support the festival, the actor said in an interview with Zitty: „At FILM OHNE GRENZEN there is a social ambition that I not only stand behind, but because of which I also chose my profession. Culture is the soul of a country. And there are only a few projects left where it's about what really matters: bringing people back together. FILM OHNE GRENZEN has no airs and graces, people from all walks of life meet here. In addition, there are several social projects outside of the festival days, such as working with young people and refugees.“
