The Barbara Carl Foundation stands for humanitarian values, for trust and solidarity, and offers assistance to people who need our help. The non-profit association FILM OHNE GRENZEN can only realize an international film festival in its 13th year, as well as year-round educational projects for students and disadvantaged young people in the Bad Saarow region, with the support of reliable sponsors like the Barbara Carl Foundation.
