In his captivating drama, drawn from personal experience, Serbian filmmaker Vladimir Perišić conjures a harrowing moment from his country's past through the vulnerable perspective of a teenager. Amidst the 1996 Serbian protests, where students and opposition party members spoke out against Milošević's electoral fraud, 15-year-old Stefan faces an internal conflict. In addition to his resentment towards the nationalist government, he has a personal rift with his mother, who works as a government spokesperson. This forces him to confront his own values and ideals while simultaneously trying to reconcile his relationship with his mother. Will he stand up for his beliefs or remain loyal to his family?
