THE BLUR RELATION OF LOVE

Screening in the Gut Eibenhof culture barn

Greta is loud, spontaneous, unpredictable and lonely. She shares this fate with master butcher Alexander, who is a music lover and a closet intellectual with a penchant for orderliness. But unlike her, he is calm, correct and loves his routines. They both long for love. When they meet one day at a bus stop and Greta suddenly kisses Alexander on the neck, they are both smitten. But lively Greta is not used to truthfulness, which is why she often tends to tell the craziest lies. Alexander, on the other hand, is a truth-loving person. Despite their many personal differences, a love begins between them that brings them both back to life. And they both ask themselves what else they want from life. THE BLUR RELATION OF LOVE uses the realism that cinema has over the stage and moves the intimate play to the open street in a mostly nocturnal and always romantically lit Berlin. This charming comedy sensitively tells of loneliness and the surprising feeling of suddenly sensing a connection to a stranger.
