The Irish film drama is about 17-year-old Christy, who is at a turning point: after being kicked out of his foster family, Christy moves in with his older brother Shane in a rough neighborhood in Cork. There, he slowly finds his place, new friends – and access to an extended family with a difficult reputation. But his brother Shane wants to protect him from precisely this environment, even if it means pushing him away again.
