Between June 29 and July 3, this year’s youth jury met at the Filmtheater Union in Fürstenwalde, together with the filmmaking duo Anna Faroqhi and Haim Peretz. The 29 students from Class 9c at Jury-Gagarin High School spent five days watching five feature films and documentaries from five different countries, all of which explore the festival theme “#WIRKLICH” in a wide variety of ways. The young jurors selected two winning films that, in their opinion, are best suited for the FILM OHNE GRENZEN school cinema program. on September 4, 2026 fit. These two films will be shown exclusively at the festival and presented by the youth. The election results will be announced in August.
