WITHOUT BORDERS is pleased to announce the cooperation with SAR ( Sustainability Animation Residency), which is based in Provence.
The future cooperation will focus on the presentation of ecological animation short films as well as panel discussions during the film festival in Bad Saarow.
Filmmaker Corentin Cholley is this year’s SAR winner from a total of 21 competition films and will present first drawings and content of his animated film “The Vanishing of the animals” at the film festival in Bad Saarow. Gabrielle Lissot, winner of SAR 2021, will also present her SAR project “Les Louves”, which is already in production with the help of SAR.
For the first time in Germany, a selection of the ‘CineSAR Special Selection’ films will also be shown!

With the partnership to FILM WITHOUT FRONTIERS, SAR wants to expand its audience to Germany and thus offer young animators a broader platform, visibility and impact.”
